Visiting the gaming hall
Planning on visiting the gaming hall? There’s plenty of fun to be had, just keep in mind the following things:
Admittance to the gaming hall is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. You may be required to show a form of photo I.D. to prove your age.
The gaming hall is all about having fun, and a few rules have been put in place to guarantee the best experience possible for all our customers. The following are prohibited:
- Smoking in the gaming hall
- Alcoholic beverages in the gaming areas
- Filming or taking pictures without permission
- Using electronic devices in the gaming areas
- Beachwear, men’s tank tops or any clothing portraying violence or associated with groups known to be violent
Also, only handbags and coats carried on the arm are permitted inside the gaming hall. However both items may be left at the coat check, free of cost. Coat racks and lockers are also available.
To fully take advantage of your visit, you can get your Ludoplex card at the cashier’s cage or the customer service counter. This free card, needed in order to play at lottery video terminals, allows you to decide how much money you would like to play during your visit. Now there’s a novel idea to help you play responsibly!
